Cloud computing has recently emerged as one of the buzzwords in the ICT industry. The rate at which "Cloud Computing" is emerging there is no doubt in saying that Cloud Computing is the "NEXT BIG THING". This workshop is of interest to researchers and practitioners involved in cluster, grid and cloud computing that are now harnessing clouds in their respective fields to maximise performance, minimise cost and improve the scale of their endeavours.
